Breaking Away From The Insurance Model
We are an out-of-network physical therapy practice, meaning we are not contracted with insurance companies at this time. This gives us freedom to individualize your care based on your unique goals and tailor it to your lifestyle. You will be one-on-one with your same provider for the entire 55 minute visit. The patient-provider team gets to make the decisions on your care, not your insurance company. Our approach is a combination of manual (hands on therapy) and personalized therapeutic exercises. Upon request, we will happily provide a digital "superbill" that you can submit to your insurance company for out-of-network reimbursement. Often, insurance companies will reimburse some or all of your visit depending on your carrier and benefit package. You can inquire with your insurance if you have any out-of-network coverage for physical therapy therapy services.
We accept HSA, HRA, FSA, credit and debit cards. Fees are due at the time of service.
Regarding Medicare: unfortunately, we are unable to provide services to Medicare or Medicaid beneficiaries per federal/state guidelines.
